＊セルティックはアウェーのFALKIRK戦に1-1で迎えた後半の怒濤の攻撃で1-4の快勝。俊輔選手も得意のFKで1ゴールを記録しました。
The second period was a different story. Celtic laid siege to the Falkirk goal and eventually ran out convincing winners. Kenny Miller, Shunsuke Nakamura and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink all finding the net for the rampant champs.

Celtic responded and Darren Barr had to be at his best to nip the ball off Miller’s toes in the box. From the resultant corner, Donati headed Nakamura’s corner over the bar. Vennegoor of Hesselink then forced compatriot Tim Krul into a superb low save.

With 24 minutes on the clock, John Kennedy thought he’d grabbed the leveller. Meeting Nakamura’s corner, the defender’s header was somehow saved by Krul.

Scott Brown, immense after the break, had a good chance in 55 minutes. Mark Wilson, Miller and Nakamura combined to create an opening, but Krul saved well. The Dutch goalkeeper also showed superb reactions to tip Vennegoor of Hesselink’s low drive past the post.

With 15 minutes remaining, the champions took the lead. Nakamura’s cross fell to McGeady and his overhead kick crashed off the post into Miller’s path. The striker’s finish was clinical.

It seemed a harsh decision but Nakamura wasn't bothering about that. From the resultant free-kick, the Japanese star bent his strike over the wall and into the top corner.
