Shunsuke Nakamura remains the hot favourite for both the Scottish PFA and Football Writers’ Awards, and Jarosik believes the Japanese playmaker has been one of a number of key players for Celtic this term.

He added: “I think over the whole season, Naka, Lenny (Neil Lennon) and Artur (Boruc) have played really well.

“Artur has hardly made any mistakes all season and it’s been a great year for him, Naka is also a great player, while Lenny is vital for us.
